All things begin in the mind, Keep Your Frequency High came from a real search. I was on a journey to better my life, and through that process I started understanding the power of raising my vibration. The more my energy changed, the more I saw life changing around me.
KYFH is for people like me. Some are already seeing life through a higher lens and have been on that journey for a while, and others are just beginning it, either way we're all on the same boat. The message is a reminder to think higher, feel higher, and stay aligned with the highest self.
