At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products as they are all made to order. Our products are made specifically for each customer, with the highest quality materials and attention to detail. We encourage all customers to review the product details and specifications carefully before placing an order to ensure that the product meets their needs and expectations. 

In the rare event that a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We may ask for photos of the damaged item to help us determine the best course of action.
